Culture : Ugo-Uzo Emekuku cultural festival, marked in a scanty population attendance at Nkwo-Emeke market square

Ugo-Uzo Emekuku cultural festival, was marked on  Wednesday 18TH of November 2020, with a poor population in attendance, since the historical antiquity of the event, as so many vacant seats and canopies were seen at the arena.

It was relocated for the first time from Nkwo-Emeke market square bus stop, where it usually takes place to the newly uncompleted building entrance of Emekuku town hall.   But people who were present, to grace the annual event, were psychologically fidgeting in a battle of fear in their minds, which is showing on their faces, desperate the security beefed up in the arena, and many speculated that there will be another shoot out in Nkwo-Emeke market square, that could lead to death, due to the recent cult clash in Emekuku, but turned out to be a very peaceful event.

Some of the true sons and daughters of Emekuku invited as special guests of honor, who are political strong holds in Imo state and career personnel's, that have contributed to the development of Emekuku community, were no where to be found in the annual Ugu-Uzo event.
