Religion: Roman catholic church, worship falling angels - Bishop Maxwell .C. Korie

 

Bishop Maxwell .C. Korie, the founder of life line assembly international church in Owerri Imo state, during his Saturday 9TH December 2020, religious radio broadcast program on Orient 94.5 FM, known as the regeneration hour, described the doctrine of the Roman catholic church denomination as worshipers of falling angels,sent out of heaven, like the Lucifer by God, because of their rebellious behaviors and went further in a detailed prove of his defence, that it is an idol worshiping, because of the craving images made by men, as a replication of God's image and worshiping of any other god's except the almighty God and the creator of the universe, God is a jealous God.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
