Insecurity: Federal government college students and teachers of Birnin Yauri Kebbi state, kidnapped

 



Students and teachers of federal government college at Birnin Yauri in Kebbi state, at north-west Nigeria, were kidnapped by a group of unknown Islamic terrorist, and security operatives, who challenged the abductors, in a gun battle, at the school premises, from carrying out their operation, one person was shot died by the bandits and yet to be identified.  

Although no group have claimed responsibility of the attack and it has been confirmed by the police public relations officer in Kebbi state, Nafiu Abubakar, who said the operation took place at 12 noon and went further in details to information the Drizzlersnews crew, that the bandits were shooting sporadically, and a student of that college, sustained a gun injury,  and said a total of four teachers were kidnapped and the total number of students kidnapped, are yet to be confirmed, but the police have launched to a manhunt to ensure that the students and teachers regain their freedom, because any of the criminals arrested, will face the wrath of the law.
