Eze ji mbaise blast Imo deputy governor

 

Traditional rulers of Mbaise, who are known as Eze ji elders, unleashed fire on the Imo state deputy governor professor Placid Njoku at the iri ji mbaise cultural festival 2021, held at Ahiazu Mbaise local government area,after he made the ceremonial cutting of the yam, and donated the sum of two hundred and fifty thousand Naira.  

He appealed to them, to unite and give the present administration of Hope Uzodinma, the necessary support to make our state great, with his numerous projects been executed. 

In response they elders thanked him for coming and informed him that they are not hungry.

Nkotonko an Igbo Nollywood drama music comedy actors Emeka Ngannori  (Omalicha) and Shadon Onukaogu as well known as Akuebe were spotted at Bongo square in Owerri with other actors and actresses participating in a movie audition. Emeka asked their fans to keep supporting them and the should expect more new movies from them soon Nkotonko reloaded will be released. but the issue of Nkotonko been involved in rituals killings or armed robbery which was seen on the social media they are all false information to tarnish the personality and Image of the actor in the society.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
