3million massive foot prints rally match in honour of President Muhammadu Buhari and Owelle Rochas Okorocha administration in Imo state.



Imo state was declared a total public holiday on the 5th of July 2017, markets and other business activities in the 27 local government area in Imo state were shut down in total honour and solidarity support to his excellency president Muhammadu Buhari and Owelle Rochas Okorocha administration.





Youths of Imo state marched from hero square to the Imo state government house chanting the name of Imo state governor Rochas  and thanking God for given them a savior, a man of great vision, the commander of free education, the man who brought ideological  invention in leadership through   grass root governance in Imo state , transformation of agricultural scheme like the Imo state palm plantation , given of  various loans scheme , making 305 Imo state youths millionaires  , construction of new road networks,  Bongo square, freedom square,  IICC,  Building of new school structures , Building of 27 hospitals and health centres,  Ikemba Ojukwu centre, Commissioners quarters, payment of all the salaries and pensions up to date , given the civil servants the new style of dressing in co –operate wears , transformed the 305 INEC wards  and Imo state capital  city  Owerri  to one of the  most popular mega  cities in world for example Dubai, Paris  . 



Youths of Imo state said Owelle Rochas Okorocha has no comparism to any leader in Nigeria so  Owelle Rochas Okorocha  should carry on to presidency  as the first Igbo president in Nigeria and their support is  a total assurance to him  then  concluded begging the governor of Imo state  his excellency Owelle Rochas Okorocha  to give Imo state a successor for continuity  then called upon the first lady of Imo state Nneoma Nkechi Okorocha to beg the governor to contest for the 2019 presidential election  Nigerians  are in need of your  leadership wisdom  rather than  restructuring  of Nigeria. 


The division of Nigeria is not the solution Owelle Rochas Okorocha is the answer youths of Nigeria are in total support of one united Nigeria not tribalism.



Owelle Rochas Okorocha said Imo states have every reason to simile and he is very proud of Imo state citizens with the massive transformation that have taken place in his own administration, the twelve years of  PDP in government  is a waste  and Nigerians  should continue to give the administration of  president Muhammadu Buhari the total support in the fight against corruption  and soon economic recession will be a thing of the past so what is the solution the should get focused and the voice of the people is the voice of God .

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
