Four Herdsmen killed In Southern Kaduna



Unknown gunmen have attacked and killed four Fulani herdsmen in Kajuru Local Government of Kaduna State. 


The National Secretary of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, Abdullahi Ibrahim said two Fulani indigenes were abducted and the gunmen attacked Tsonho Damishi community in Chikun Local Government Area in Kaduna State houses were destroyed  calling on Nigerian Government and  Security agencies to fish out the perpetrators.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
