APC Owerri-North chairmanship primary election canceled in a rumble of blood battle

All Progress Congress Owerri-North local government chairmanship primaries held on Saturday at Naze community secondary school was canceled by Imo state electoral commission as thugs tumbled the venue to a war battle field as so many electorates that came out to cast their vote sustained bullet injuries.
