JSS 3 GTC student confessed been a member of black axe fraternity

Uzoma Micheal a JSS 3 student of government technical college owerri,caught by youths of Harcourt white street Ikenegbu in Owerri with condemned engine oil and machete in his bag inflicting injuries as well intimidating other students with his group when the student's of girls secondary school Ikenegbu were jubilating that the have written their final junior waec examination and some of the female students school uniform were stained with the condemned oil .

He was threatened to be handed over to the Nigerian police force with his group but confessed to the youths that he is the leader of black axe fraternity in their school fraternity and hails from Ehime Mbano local government area in Imo state.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
