Nyako hammer stringent bail condition on IPOB national coordinator




Justice Binta Nyako at the federal high court sitting in Abuja granted ten million Naira bail and two sureties each to four co-defendants of IPOB members national coordinator Bright Chimezie,Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi standing trials on treasonable felony with Mr.Nnamdi Kanu missing leader of the indigenous people of Biafra on the condition of health grounds and number of years the have spent in detention when maximum penalty is between five to seven years if found guilty.  

But gives stringent condition of not participating in any form of gathering or rally and not granting any press interview then reporting every two weeks to the commissioner of police in their various states of residence and the case was adjourned to the 14th of November 2018.
