Ikenegbu ward 1 APC Councillorship primary election suspended and nullified

All progressive congress Ikenegbu ward1 councillorship primary election between honourable Agbuagba Austine Osinachi and Onyeka Captyn Chijioke which was held at Oha Owerri hall in Owerri municipal local government area in Imo state have been suspended until further notice and result nullified.
 Although the supporters of Agbuagba Osinachi rampaged because the counting have commenced one hundred and thirteen persons have been counted many are still waiting on queue to be counted accusing the party ward chairman Joseph Irechukwu with the electoral committee members of being partial because their sponsored candidate Onyeka Captyn Chijioke will loose if the election is not canceled.   




But from the report received from one of the electoral committee members Mr.Alex Egeonu said because of lack of adequate security measures at this venue and immediate registration of electorates at the venue with other unmentioned observed electoral mal-practices after due consultation between the two candidates by the committee members and it was accepted in good faith the election was suspended until further notice.
