Gun men kidnapped a man at Amakohia flyover

At exactly 5.30pm this evening, gun men about four in number, kidnapped the owner of this Toyota Corolla at Amakohia flyover, in Owerri-North local government area in Imo state. 

According to an eyewitness report, who told the Drizzlersnews that it was a treble scene as no security agents was seen on that route to salvage the situation because he was trailed from his destination where he was coming from, before the trapped him at the flyover, then transferred him to their own car as the zoomed off to an unknown destination.  As people trooped out in mass to know what actually happened.

 The general public are calling on good spirited Samaritan, who can identify the car to help reach out to the family or contact the police.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
