Dr.Joe Obi Njoku joined APGA executives in PVC sensitization rally in Owerri Municipal L.G.A

Dr.Joe Obi Njoku joined the Imo All Progressive Grand Alliance Party executives in the PVC sensitization rally in Owerri Municipal Local Government Area, which was held at Ugwu Ekwema arena in Imo state.

Although the medical health practitioner has officially declared his intention to contest for the 2019 Imo state Governorship race under the All Progressive Grand Alliance only if he gets the party ticket. 

There are twenty five guber contestants under Imo state APGA and which Hon.Frank Nneji, Humphrey Anumudu, Okey Ezeh, Charles Onyeagbako, Uche Onyeagocha are great threat to his emergence come 2019.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
