Two cult boys extorted 1000 Naira note from a JSS 3 student of Government College Owerri

A student of Government College Owerri was seen 

at Ajoku Street by Oduagu Street in Umu-Ororonjo kindred Owerre n'ich-ise, Owerri Municipal Local Government Area in Imo state, around 3.00 PM crying and calling for people's assistance, a man who reside there came out and asked the student why he was crying?.  

He pointed two young boys that looked very haggard "they forcefully collected my one thousand Naira ". 

The man courageously approached they two boys after much cross examinations and arguments the two boys gave the student five hundred Naira, went away but the Government College student kept crying and followed the boys to give him his complete one thousand Naira but was cautioned by people not to follow them again his life might be at risk and they are both cultist and drug addicts that terrorize the area.

When the student was asked what he is doing with such a huge amount of money in his pocket ? He said 
"I wanted to assist my friend who is my classmate to repair his game boy so i saw a boy around Ajoku Street in Owerri township and asked where i can repair the game he said his brother can do it in the process of going to the place two young approached us and forcefully collected my money". 

He was asked in what class is he ?  
JSS 3 

what is your name and where you live ? 
which he refused to say. 

The boy who executed him and told the the student that his brother can repair it was flogged for betraying the student.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
