Another cultist was shot dead at Wetheral road in Owerri

Another person have been shot and confirmed dead at Wetheral road in Owerri this evening by 10.00 PM.  

 According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews from an eyewitness account, through a telephone conversion, he has been rushed to an undisclosed hospital in Owerri and his identity have not been actually been revealed, but resides at Orooronjo in nchi-ise autonomous in Owerri Municipal. 


An investigation is been carried out to know the killers of Bruno Uche chukwu who is identified as the personal assistant to Jasper Ndubuaku chairman Imo state recovery committee that was shot dead on Sunday at School road junction.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
