Owerri Municipal security guards arrested children roaming in streets of Ikenegbu layout

Owerri municipal council security guard yesterday arrested an unidentified children who have been roaming about and constituting nuisance in the street of Ikenegbu layout in Owerri since year. 

According to the report received the children have been handed over to police for further investigation and properly counseling . 



Although various comments have been trending in the social media for their quick responds to salvage the future of those children, but many are pleading with the Imo state government to ensure that those children are sent back to school and appeal that the guidance & counseling teachers should be reconstituted into our educational system to curtail the bad vices like cultism in our society.
