Capt.Emmanuel Ihenacho commence the rebuilding of his demolished fence at Orlu road




Former Imo state governorship candidate who is the ceo of integrated oil and gas captain Emmanuel Ihenacho have commenced the reconstruction of his demolished fence at Orlu road. 

It was demolished by the ex-governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha while executing the urban renewal project in the city of Owerri, although he made several attempts to replace it but was stopped by the veto power of the former imo state governor as he was expected to extend his fence inside compound.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
