Obilobi Ubowalla and UCG layout expectations from the new leaders of the youth

Ubowalla governor council described youths as the soldiers of the community. 

The must ensure that there is a cordial relationship among them and the governing council as well maintain peace  with a good clean environment in the community. 

It is a call for selfless service to the community which will help to build your leadership skills and not a place to enrich their pockets. 

They were reminded that it is a four tenure so anybody with question character should step down.
