IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, plead not guilty to charges
The leader of indigenous people of Biafra, was re-arraigned at federal high court Abuja, on Thursday 21st of October 2021, over an alleged seven count amended charges levelled against him, by the federal government, ranging from treasonable felony and terrorism, which was read to him in an open court, by the trial judge justice Binta Nyako, which he pleaded not guilt and maintained his stand that, he is innocent.
According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews correspondent, who said that journalist were barred by heavy armed security men, from taking report of the court proceedings and went further to disclose in details, that justice Binta Nyako, refused to grant the request of the legal team of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, that their client, be transferred from the custody of DSS facility, to Kuje correctional service centre and the trial high court judge, said Kanu should be taking back to the DSS cell, as the case was adjourned to the 10TH of November 2021.
