Two persons arrested at Lekki toll gate, end sars anniversary

 

Today marked the one year memorial anniversary massacre killing of Nigerian youths, with the country flag, at Lekki tollgate by the Nigerian military, as the youths embarked on a mass protest and calling on the Nigeria government to disband a police department, known as the special anti robbery squad and to put an end to police brutality.  

While the protest is on, a man was seen removing the CCTV camera's at gate, and immediately military men shot sporadically at the protester, as many of them died and others sustained various degree of bullet injuries.



But the video record of the shooting was made at the scene, by DJ Switch, who is known as Obianuju Catherine Udeh, which was denied by the military and the government, as panel of inquiry commission was set up and compensations, have been paid to families of deceased person.    

According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews correspondent, who confirmed that a poster of the anniversary was posted on the Instagram page of musical artiste Falz and comedian Mr. Macaroni, that they will embark on a convoy ride to the tollgate in Lagos, between 8-10 pm, in memory of the innocent Nigerian dead youths, who were killed by military and sars. 

From the update given by our correspondent, the end sars memorial anniversary, was carried out on convoy and so far two persons have been arrested,by the police, while been interviewed by journalist.
