65 years old man defile a girl in an uncompleted building at Mbaitoli
A boy who is the girls playmate complained to his father what chief Arinze Ezenwo do to the little girls, while the are playing, he likes his putting finger in their pants and telling them to touch his penis too.
The boy said at times they will be outside playing, chief will call one of the girl's inside and asked them not to come inside that he wants to talk to her.

She was so skeptical that she started looking everywhere for her daughter following the stories she has heard lately, When she got to an uncompleted building behind Ezenwo,s house, she started hearing a voice crying in pains, so she decided to enter inside, only to see chief having sex with her daughter, who she sent on an errand. But her mother started screaming, which alerted the whole village and within few seconds, people gathered to witness the abominable act been carried out by the old man.
The girl told her mother that chief Arinze Ezenwo promised to buy her biggest biscuit.
