This is the condition of Owerri correction service prison warders quarter's in Imo state, formally known as
Nigerian prisons service Owerri.     Despite the federal
government budget and allocations been given to the security agency, their training school at Onitsha road is not an exception.     

From the discovery made by the Drizzlersnews crew, it was built by the british colonial masters along with the prisons cell facilities.  

  But the Nigerian police force quarter's at shell camp is  an unimaginable condition.
