Botswana 28 years old lady Kutiwano Selaledi commit suicide


Kutiwano Selaledi is a Botswana non-conformist and an unemployed under graduate law student in Botswana university, she is known by her friends as Bubbly. 

 Selaledi over dosed herself out of depression at their home in Palapye, a day before Botswana Government declared a total lockdown in their country on 2nd April, due to the recent coronavirus pandemic ravaging the world, but have had the thought of been in doors in the next 28day's, which her mental state could not withstand extreme social distancing. 

 She was buried at her village in Gabane as her friends sent tribute message through their facebook page. 

 But the Palapye station commander Begger Nawa said the received the report of the suicide incident and non of the family member of Selaledi excepted speak to the press. 

 Botswana Government was charged to address the high level of depression in their country by young generation to stop committing suicide

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
