Leadership and good governance in any nation or state is all about continuity, no matter who is the head of state in that administration.  But political power tussles and rivalry have led to the relinquishing of so many roads and building projects to a dilapidated condition, now that we are in the raining season and some of the roofing school building materials are been stolen by hoodlums and it is yet be complete to standard by contractors, who are no where to be found or are not in financial terms agreement with the government.

Most of the projects funds are been raised from taxes, internal generated revenues, government allocations and external borrowed funds, except few been supported by some cooperate institutions.

Let the Imo state governor Hope Uzodinma and the committee chairman on education honorable Philip Ejiogu representing Owerri North constituency find a solution because the schools will resume soon and learning will continue in a shanty uncomfortable environment that will affect the performance of the students.
