Holy family sister's of the needy shares palliatives to destitutes

Holy family sister's of the needy at Okwu-Uratta in Owerri - North local government area in Imo state, known as saint Joseph home for orphanage and destitute, which belongs to the roman catholic church under Owerri arch diocese, under it's U-care program, but it is been managed by reverend sister's.

On Monday 29th of May, a group of women, men, disable people were seen at the entrance gate of the orphanage home, although they have spent a long time at that time as some of them have started indirectly begging people money for food. 

At exactly 1.00 pm they were given food items ranging from rice, beans and clothes were been given to them. 

Drizzlersnews reporter who stood to monitor the situation made inquiry about the people who were given the food items, according to a woman whose name was withheld, but have a shop opposite the orphanage home said these are destitute and poor people, who are been fed by the reverend sister's and the food items are being given to them every Monday and they are been shared into two groups, but because of the recent pandemic they are now been given the food items every end of the month and the group that were collecting that time this report is been filed is the group B members and according to the woman the do some manual labour in the orphanage home.
