A Female Youth Corper Saved A Soul At Mcc Junction In Owerri

It was a very heavy down pour of rain observed in the capital city of Imo state Owerri yesterday, and so many major Roads like Wetheral , and Tetlow Road are gridlocked due to heavy flood. 
But this young man felled down inside a drainage flooded with this dirty water while trying to cross over from Wetheral Road to Mcc junction. 
He cannot indicate where the land is as flood covered every where and in the process losted  his slippers as well other items .
But according his report he blamed a man who stood close by at the Mcc junction, and  refused to tell him where he is suppose to leap. 
He searched for his slippers because he cannot go home on bare foot .  But later found one pair of his slippers and  still insisted that he must find the other pair and people stood around kept watching him until a female Corper serving in Imo state who came for her community development service(CDS) in Owerri  with  the name Mavis Godwin counseled him telling the health hazard he will face over putting his legs in the dirty water and kept begging him then promise the young man to forget the slippers that she will buy a new one for him, no matter how much it cost  but the young  man insisted until  Corper Mavis Godwin bought new pair of silppers for him and he went home but said he will come back for the missing one. 
May it does not belong to him and he took the corpers number thanking Mavis Godwin for good gesture.
