A Pensioner Begging In The Street Of Owerri -Rochas

This is an Imo state pensioner poorly dressed and cannot afford food on his table what a wicked world. He came to Owerri town to see if he could get his cheque and has carats walks as rest as well ask people his where about due to his poor sight. Please whoever knew the children should warn them not to allow their father walk alone in Owerri town.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
