Army Men Scrapes A 20 Years Old Boy Dread Locks In Owerri

On the 3rd of October, 2017 exactly 2.00 PM at Wetheral Road in Owerri town. 
A 20 Years Old boy nicknamed Pyhno who was bearing a dread locks hair style was stopped by Nigerian Army men with hilux patrol van used a jack knife scrapped the boy's dread locks and he had an open cut wound on his backside of his head which they army men are responsible because of their corrective measures been given to the boy and he was given One Thousand Naira note by the army men to go and change his hair style.
According to the boy he did nothing to them and because of intimidation of the army men the boy's family refused to take any legal action then maintained that nobody should take their brother's picture.
Do we really know our rights in Nigeria ? 
Poverty with poor academic back ground is a disease.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
