IPOB Lawyer Fires Federal Government At The Ecowas Court




The ECOWAS County Court Judgment (CCJ) this morning 10th of October, 2017 adjourned the case between Nnamdi Kanu the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and the Federal Government of Nigeria until 26th of November, 2017 .  
Kanu's Lawyer filed an additional motion document which include a report by Amnesty International on 10th of June, 2016, and Killing of Unnamed Pro Biafra Supporters by Military. 
The IPOB said it must be urgently investigated presented photographs of slained members of IPOB allegedly killed by Nigerian security personnel, which the Federal Government lawyers denied receiving the motion. 
But the court saw evidence that it had been served and objected to the adoption of the documents. 
 Kanu was absent during the court sitting.
