Slyvester Osuji puts Simile OnThe Faces of Blind Students

As Nigeria marks it's 57 years of Independence despite the economic hardship which many are facing. 
But this young and vibrant Nigerian Mr.Slyvester Osuji changed the factor of the celebration of the  Independence with his art painting work, through his foundation Slyvester Osuji foundation donated a guitar to blind students from special school for the blind Umuahia at Aladinma Mall  he said " these students who sang for you on the Independence day celebration are not seeing you but thank God for his gift and i believe that with this little assistance of mine the sky is their starting point" as tears flow from his eyes

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
