Armed military camouflaged robbers,stormed Stan communication services Emekuku

One of the strongest Nigerian communication network agent,dealers of all kinds of phone accessories and recharge cards situated at Nkwo-emeke market in Emekuku Owerri-North local government area in Imo state Stan communication agent services was attacked by armed military uniformed camouflaged robbers on the 12th of May 2018 at exactly 7.00 PM and they armed robbers carted away goods worth millions of naira although they armed robbers have been caught through a 10years old female house help with the help of school teachers who leaked the information to the special anti robbery squad team (SARS) and investigation is been carried out to uncover the other culprits.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
