Imo PDP BOT Members and Aspirants Eulogize Nze Ray Emeana

The Imo peoples democratic party board of trustee members led by Mr. Ambrose Ejiogu and Dr.Mrs.Kema chikwe as well political aspirants have thanked the Imo state secretary Nze Ray Emeana for the status he has attained in the academic and political resign in Imo state as the grand reception was organized by Owerri municipal L.G.A peoples democratic party to thank their son Nze Ray Emeana with other executives especially the Imo state peoples democratic party chairman Barrister Babatunde Charles Ezekwem for his effort to ensure that PDP stand as one united strong family and they must ensure that PDP reclaim it's position where it was in 1999 and every political aspirant should be given a level playing ground so that Imo state will be given the best leaders in 2019 and they should ensure that the register for their permanent voters card (PVC) and vote for the right party with good candidates.

Present at the occasion are Professor Jude Njoku, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, Barrister willy Amadi

Nkotonko an Igbo Nollywood drama music comedy actors Emeka Ngannori  (Omalicha) and Shadon Onukaogu as well known as Akuebe were spotted at Bongo square in Owerri with other actors and actresses participating in a movie audition. Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
