Refuse waste ravage Mbaise and Douglas road in Owerri

The Imo state government have turned it's deaf ears to the yelling's of Mbaise and Douglas road residence as heap of decayed refuse waste ravage the environment and street traders refused to relocate to new Alaaba and Owerri main markets for selling of their goods to enable government carry out it's urban renewal project in the Owerri. It is an environmental health hazards to human lives
