Condemned metal scrap cart pusher escaped mob lynch in Ikenegbu

A northern Nigerian cart pusher who deals on condemned metal and electronics scrap was caught with generator set as well other metal items in his possession without the consent of the occupants living in the apartment and it happened at exactly 11.00 AM in the morning.  

But the scrap dealer was very unfortunate when one of the tenants living in the compound came back and discovered that their gate was opened then traced to find out what was actually happening he saw the scrap dealer at their back yard without anybody he raised an alarm and he was caught. 

He confessed that he used iron to force the gate to open many sympathizers called for mob lynch action but the owner of the building said no that the law should take it full course and will not accept the spilling of blood in his compound or on his behalf.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
