Bridge collapse, killed three persons at Bauchi

 

Three persons have been confirmed dead,in a bridge collapse incident,that occurred at Malka community,in Ningi local government area Bauchi state,after a heavy rainfall, that lasted for hours, on Friday 30TH July 2021,as a commercial transport commuters vehicle, plunged into the flood, so many passengers were stranded and heavy traffic jam, was observed in the alternative routes.   

According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, the accident scene,is at forty kilometer road,along Nabordo in Bauchi state capital.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
