Politics: No trace of IPOB leader in Court-Ifeanyi Ejiofor
The extradited leader of indigenous people Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, who is under going a trial charges of treasonable felony, at the federal high court abuja, was not brought to court by the DSS, due to logistics issues.
It was described as a mark of failure,on the part of the security outfit, as the the high court judge, justice Binta Nyako stalled the court proceeding,because of the absence of the IPOB leader Kanu and after due consultations with Kanu's lawyer Ifeanyi Ejiofor, as well as the prosecutor legal counsel Mohammed Abubakar, the case was adjourned to October 21ST.
All appeal made by kanu's lawyer to ensure that his client was transferred from the DSS cell to the correctional service centre, was expunged by justice Binta Nyako and the defendants lawyer cried, that the DSS does not give them access, for the past eight days even to see his client Nnamdi Kanu. who is still in the custody of DSS.
