Sports: Heartland FC suffers a traumatic lone goal defeat against Sunshine FC

 

 Heartland football club of Owerri, was humiliated and disgraced by Sunshine stars of Akure, at Dan Anyiam stadium, with a tactical display, at the Nigerian professional football League match, which was played on Sunday 4TH of July 2021, which ended in a victorious 0-1 final score, in favor of the Sunshine stars football club, as the lone goal was scored, thirty minutes, towards the end of the second half duration of the game.    



According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, Deputy speaker of Imo state house of assembly Chyna Iwuanyanwu, chief of staff  (Barr) Amaechi Nnamdi Anyaehe, Former Super Falcon captain Desire Oparaanozie and Falcon goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie all bow their heads in shame, as Sunshine stars crushed Heartland FC at Owerri, fans booed chanting songs against Heartland FC, over their poor performance.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
