Politics : Sunday Igboho detained at Cotonou airport

 

Yoruba nation secessionist Sunday Adeyemo identified as Sunday Igboho, was arrested at the capital city of Benin republic Cotonou, when was about to jet out to Germany, through Cotonou airport. 

According to the report received by the Drizzlersnews, he was arrested on Monday night, although he is yet to be extradited back to Nigeria, to face his criminal charges, but his arrest is yet to be confirmed by the Nigerian government and his house at attacked Ibadan, was attacked by DSS as two person were killed, others were arrested and Sunday fled to an unknown destination.

Owu cultural festival marked at umu-Duru Ifakala in Mbaitoli L.G.A of Imo state

Owu cultural festival is been celebrated by few communities in Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state every June to August yearly only men that are of age are allowed to do the rituals of i wa ukwu na ekwe before you are allowed to participate in the dance activity and has it's own unique dance step with two legs jumping style.  It is not marked on Nkwo market day according to the report gathered no significance or special dish been prepared for the celebration in every house hold as it is in other places in Igboland where festivals are marked.
