Electoral amendment bill, spark fisticuffs in the national assembly

It is a rowdy plenary session thug of war, at the green chamber of the national assembly, as the house of representative law makers, deliberated on the electronic transmission of election result by INEC, was considered appropriate, with a caution clause of being  safe and active network transmission of the result poll.

But the electoral amendment bill of section 52(3) debate changed to a physical combat among the law makers and with a heated argument, only few members were against the E-Transmission system including the deputy speaker of house of representative Idris Wase,

In the mix of the confusion, the speaker of house representative Femi Gbajabiamila, announced that the INEC and NCC chairmen, have been invited to the hallow chamber by 10.00 am, on the 16TH of July, for further ideological briefing, that will help in the amendment of the electoral bill and a motion for adjournment was moved.
